Deutsche Schule Lissabon, also called Escola Alemã de Lisboa, follows the German school system from Kindergarten to Klasse 12. Its campus is in Telheiras, in the north of Lisbon.

Until recently the school also ran a small Kindergarten and primary campus in Estoril. The school says that from the 2026/27 school year, all teaching takes place at the Lisbon site.

Its fees are among the lowest published by the schools in this guide. From Cascais the daily journey into north Lisbon is long, so it suits families who live in or near the city, or who really want a German education.
